2020-2021 Current Student Intent to Return Process

At the beginning of the Spring term of each school year, the Avon Grove Charter School begins to make enrollment projections for the coming year.  It is critically important for us to determine how many open seats are available in each grade so that Administration may begin to fill any vacancies during the Spring lottery.

Please complete this form declaring your family’s intentions for the coming year. 

If you have multiple students attending AGCS we ask that you complete this form individually for each student.

Every family is required to complete this process.


One important piece of information you will need to complete this process is your student’s unique Student/Lunch ID#.  You can obtain this number via your child’s most recent report card, their school issued ID, the ParentPortal or the SchoolCafe Lunch system.

The initial deadline for the completed Intent to Return process is Friday, February 7th.  If the Intent to Return form is not completed by February 7th, AGCS cannot guarantee a hold is placed on your child's enrollment spot (please see Admission of Student Lottery Process Policy).

If you have a sibling child not currently enrolled at AGCS and would like to enroll him/her for the 2020-2021 school year, an Enrollment form must be completed online (http://bit.ly/AGCSenrollment).


The Enrollment Form for a sibling must be submitted no later than February 28, 2020 for your child to be eligible for "sibling preference" for any open spots in the grade in which you are looking to have them enrolled during the initial lottery pull.
